How it Works

Use this form to register your TreatCard and begin earning points on your next visit to a participating Tasti D-Lite location.
Points are accumulated when qualified purchases are made at the rate of 1 point for each pre-tax dollar spent.
When 50 points have been earned, you'll receive one free regular (medium) size Tasti cup or cone at a participating location.
